This is a banner I made for my front bench for Valentine's Day. The paper is retired Stampin' Up, the brads are SU flower brads, three heart punch, and chunky glitter, I cut off the scallop edge and flipped it over to the other side sliding it up a bit, I cut it out in DSP and layered on retired Pomegranate Card stock.
This is so pretty. I love decorating for Valentine's, I just need to find the time to do it.
