This is the cake I made for Emily's Birthday-March 17th, she turned 17! It's a bit lopsided but was cute and tasty. I didn't plan to make it myself and didn't really have the time but when I arrived at our favorite bakery I found out the owners wife was in labor and they weren't able to take any cake orders! I took that as a sign that I'd have to do it myself since we love Swiss merange butter cream and this is the only bakery I know of that uses this decadent icing.
