My Big Shot arrived today-here are my first Stampin' Up! approved die cut cards-there was one more but it's already in the mail to Emily!  So lovin it!  The card for Emily was like the envelope pop-up but was her favorite color and said a Note of Love when the note  popped up.

Tuesday, August 12 is the New Catalogue kick off class-5 cards for $10.  This is one of the cards we will be making, I love this new set-you will of course be able to change the sentiment if you like.  Please RSVP by Sunday August 10th.  I will hopefully have more of the cards for this class posted over the next day or so.  

Here are the make and takes from the open house last night and my retired stamps layed out for sale-bye beutiful stamps-so sorry to part from you but I must make some room on the shelves.

Look!  Photographic evidence that I cleaned my stamp table!  and note all new samples (most are convention swaps-look close--tons of room for new stamp sets!  Gee what will I do-Oh I know Stampin' Up has a new catalgue-and I can place an order August 11-Oh Happy day!  Check out my Design Decor-a new Stampin' Up product!  So stylin and chic!

Here is a picture of my convention swap!  Using of course my favorite stamp set Always.  Riding Hood Red-Baja Breeze and Close to Cocoa-the new scallop punch!  The fun thing with this card is that I was able to use the end open envelopes with out wasting much paper!  or using 12x12 paper.  I cut the Baja Breeze at 3.25 x 8.5 and got 3 from each sheet, then the riding hood red is 3.25 x 5.5 so 4 per sheet then the scallop punch!  If you do it right you get nice long scraps and 12 cards from 4 sheets of Baja and 3 sheets of Riding Hood seven total-to get 12 cards that are 4.25 x 5.5 you would use 6 sheets of paper so for these stylin' new envelopes only one more sheet of paper!  too fun!
