Hello Stampers-
Today I'm sharing card two of my travel class for May. I continues the Spring Occasions Theme and introduced the Blendabilities Alcohol Based markers. This flower is so gorgeous colored with these new pens. I just love it so! They were easy to work with and everyone loved the vivid colors.

2nd card for New Stampers Class
Hello Stampers! In my last post I shared the first of my Cards for this months New Stampers Class. This Wednesday and Friday I will be teaching this class at the North Wales and Blue Bell Libraries respectably.
This card features the Pansy Punch Bundle and the Tag Topper Punch. The color is Rich Razzelberry and the DSP is from the Brights Paper Stack. The sentiment inside Says "one of them is me" I have this stamped as a Mother's Day card however it could easily be a Birthday or Thinkin of You or a Congratulations card.
Here are the Card Directions.

May Intro to Stamping Class
Hello Stampers! Today I'd like to share one of the two cards I'm doing in my Intro to stamping classes. I will be doing this class three times this next week the first time was today in Huntingdon Valley with a group of ladies that live in my dear friend and customer Anita's Building. The class was a Big hit! We did one male and one female card. This was our male card. We used the Blue Ribbon Stamp Set, Gorgeous Grunge and some retired word sets. The card stock is Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler and Midnight Muse. Doesn't that ink splatter from Gorgeous Grunge look fun!

Hostess Club-2.0
Hello Stampers! Wow hostess club was yesterday and was it fun! Yes! Today I'm sharing the second of our two projects. This one also uses a tag Topper Punch and the Happy Watercolor Stamp Set. Sadly the Crochet Trim is on the retiring list. Here are the instructions I made for my version of this Tab closure card.
Cut card stock for base at 8.5 x 11
Score at 3 5/8
1 Vanilla panel 2.5 x 5
1 Brown sugar mat 2.75 x 5.25
1vanilla panel 3.75 x 5
1 Brown sugar mat 4 x 5.25
Punch a tag topper out of the center of one of the sides of
the card
Mark where the punch will need to be on the opposite edge of
the card
Feed the second edge into the punch and line up the pencil
marks so you can see where you need to punch
Line up the divot on either side of the punch with the
channel on the paper trimer and cut away excess card stock. Score the tab that is on the longer side of
the card. Fold over and line up the
tabs.
Stamp and embellish as desired.
On inside panel you can mask off 1 ¼ inch of the right side
and randomly stamp and sponge to create a decorative edge behind the tabs.

April Hostess Club
Hello Stampers-
I had a lovely Easter with my Family today-missing my son. He wasn't given any time off from school this weekend so he couldn't come home. I mailed him some candy in a little paper basket I made with my Envelope punch board.
Tomorrow is Hostess Club. We are making two cards with the envelope punch board. this first one I copied almost exactly from a card I found on Pintrist. I know not like me-but look how great this card is! There was nothing I could do to improve it. It was posted by "the stamp camp".
It uses the Happy Watercolor Set.
I did change a couple measurements to simplify making it. The colors are Crisp Cantaloupe, Baked Brown Sugar. The Gold Bakers Twine and sequins add a little kick.
I cut the card stock to 5.5 x 10.5. Scored at 4.25 and perforated at 8.5.
The front panel obviously a punched both ends of a panel that was 5.25 x 2 I cut two of these and used on on the tear off book mark. to create the bookmark I simply slid the card into the punch then slipped it over till the perforation was in line with one side of the punch and gave it a squeeze. far easier then it looks. Stamps and some ink and it was done.

Sketch Class Card three-Happy Day
Good morning Stampers-
The third card for sketch class this month also uses the Happy day stamp set.
To get these doilies lined up so nice I marked the line I wanted to use as my center in pencil on the Very Vanill Panel. I then used my Stamp-a-majig to repeatedly stamp the doily. I used sticky strip to attach the ribbon to the back of the Strawberry slush panel and glue dots to attach the crocet trim to the card front. I attached the little banners just under the edge of the trim with Snail. The Hello There is stamped in Baked Brown Sugar and that is the color of the Ruffled trim and the pennants. There are some pearls on the flourish that is stamped tone on tone. Thanks for checking out my project.

Sketch class for April Card Two
Hello Stamper-
Today I'd like to share the second card for Thursday's Sketch class. I embossed the word smile with versa mark and gold embossing powder. That Stamp is from the Happy Day Stamp Set. The Butterflies are cut from gold foil paper as are the pennants, hearts and boarder piece. I embossed the boarder piece with the Needlepoint Border Embossing folder. I used glue dots and Tombo multipurpose glue to hold it all together. The paper is from the Etcetra DSP pack. Card Stock Base is Calypso Coral.

April Sketch Class - Card One-
Hello Stampers-
Sketch Class is next week- Thursday April 17th at 7PM. The class is $10 or a set of three classes for $25. The Homework from March is the Sketch for April. Anyone that does their homework picks a prize.
This first card is a masculine card. It uses the chevron embossing folder for the Basic Black strip-it kind of looks like tire tread. Kaleidoscope Designer Series and Real Red Card Stock. This cool car is from Rev Up the Fun Stamp Set. I stamped it in Silver Encore ink and embossed with Black Embossing powder-it gave it a cool tonal effect. The dirt flying up off the road behind the car is stamped in Basic Black.
